  President:     Blake Paul, UBS    After graduating with a Sports Sponsorships and Sales degree from Baylor University, Blake began his professional career with Richards Sports + Entertainment. During that time, he primarily managed the Bridgestone Tire account and i's partnerships with the NFL, NHL and PGA Tour.  Today, Blake serves high net worth families in a wealth management capacity at UBS Financial Services. He joined the Heart of Dallas steering committee as a founding member in 2014 and continues to have a passion for the people and projects involved. Blake and his wife Shannon reside in Richardson with their three strong-willed children.

  Vice President:     Lauren Halsey, FC Dallas    Lauren Halsey joined the FC Dallas organization in June 2013, where she currently serves as the Director of Business Development. Lauren Halsey joined the FC Dallas organization in June 2013, where she currently serves as the Director of Business Development. Secretary:

Ally Wilker, Ensemble

Ally Wilker joined the College Football Playoff (CFP) staff in October 2015 after previously serving as Business and Events Coordinator at Conference USA. Wilker primarily works with the CFP Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the CFP, and handles all branding, marketing and media operations for the organization. She also supports all CFP Foundation hosted events during the weekend of the national championship game every January.

Originally from Austin, TX, Wilker graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University in 2012 with a bachelor of business administration in marketing and received her master of science in education-sports management from Baylor in May 2014.

  Membership:     Hunter Harvin, Dallas Cowboys    Hunter Harvin is a Manager of Corporate Partnerships for the Dallas Cowboys entering into his 4th season with the club. In this role, he is responsible for managing key corporate partnership accounts, assists with procuring new business, and developing enhanced partnership opportunities. As head of Membership for the HODYP Board, he leads on facilitating new member recruitment & initiation, as well as engaging the current membership base. He is a native of Dallas, TX and attended The University of Texas at Austin.

She meets with supporters across North Texas to provide opportunities for engagement in the work of justice, and frequently travels to speak at seminars, conferences and other settings to share about IJM’s mission.

Before joining IJM, Mallory spent nine years in the sports industry focused on corporate sponsorship sales. Mallory graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Missouri where she continued to receive her M.B.A. Mallory and her husband, Carter, live in Dallas, TX with their son, Russell, and their daughter, Abby.

 Events:    Carla Rosenberg,    Lagardere Plus   Prior to founding MATCHPOINT, now a part of Lagardere Plus, Carla spent 8 seasons working in the professional sports industry with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and The Dallas Stars Hockey Team. Carla has used her event marketing expertise to help professional sports teams, athletes and nonprofits maximize their exposure and take their events to the next level.  While helping athletes manage their Foundations and having her finger on the pulse of the Dallas philanthropic scene, her ability to maximize revenue opportunities and execute championship level charity events has earned her notoriety as a game changer in the industry. From professional tennis tournaments to galas, she and her team have planned and executed some of DFW’s highest profile events.  Carla holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she played four years of tennis on a NCAA Division-I Athletic Scholarship. She graduated with highest honors, as well as Academic All-American + All-Big Ten accolades. Carla Rosenberg, Lagardere Plus

Prior to founding MATCHPOINT, now a part of Lagardere Plus, Carla spent 8 seasons working in the professional sports industry with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and The Dallas Stars Hockey Team. Carla has used her event marketing expertise to help professional sports teams, athletes and nonprofits maximize their exposure and take their events to the next level.

He first joined the Mavericks while in college, during the 2003-04 season, as both a member of the Dr. Pepper Hoop Troop and an intern in the marketing department.
